Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. All returns within the 30 day period need to come back with original or copy of the receipt or an order number.

A restocking fee of 30% will be assessed to any items not in original condition upon being returned.

What to do if your band breaks?

Once you are a customer of PowerFX we will upgrade or replace your band at any time at a discounted cost of $20.00 per band. All you need to do is mail your band back with a check to the following address:

You also may just return the band and your daytime phone number for a credit card to be processed over the phone.

The wristband can be mailed regular USPS mail. Please make sure you have the correct postage when sending or we will not receive the band.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND THE BOX, JUST THE WRISTBAND! IT JUST COST MORE TO SHIP!
