1. Fill out our application below.  We will then email you our Confidentiality Agreement form.

2. Please sign and return our Confidentiality Agreement. We will then send you our Wholesale Application form that needs your signature.

2. We will email you your Dealer Application package.

3. Complete & Return.

4. After receiving your Letter of Acceptance, you're ready to start selling the amazing PowerFX technology!
